Virtual Interactions Spark Meaningful Connections

This Giving Tuesday, Seabury welcomed virtual volunteers at our Springvale Terrace community. Federal employees, through the Combined Federal Campaign of the National Capital Area, decided to make a difference in the lives of older adults. They hosted virtual storytime, arts & crafts, and chair exercises for residents.

This engagement is so meaningful to residents and just as impactful for volunteers. If your New Year's resolution is to connect more with others or get involved in your community, please think of older adults. Let's keep older adults engaged in the new year.
