Seabury serves as the Lead Agency for Wards 5 and 6 to create a structure that drives innovative, hyper-local, community-driven strategies to promote social inclusion, foster intergenerational connections, and address food insecurity and social isolation among older adults.

 

Our approach integrates participant-directed programs and activities and volunteer development.
