SeaburyDC
SeaburyDC’s goal is to create a structure that drives innovative, hyper-local, community-driven strategies to promote social inclusion, foster intergenerational connections and address food insecurity and social isolation among older adults.
Our approach is three-fold: creation of a program incubator; participant-directed programs and activities; and volunteer development.
SeaburyDC programs include Home First® Residences, Age-In-Place®, Wards 5 and 6 Lead Agencies on Aging, Model Cities Senior Wellness Center, Out & About, The Center for the Blind & Visually Impaired, and ConnectorCard.
