Seabury Care Managers are widely recognized as a group of dedicated, compassionate, and experienced professionals who are all members of the Aging Life Care Association (ALCA). Our care managers provide assessments, guidance, and support for older adults focused on maintaining and enriching one’s quality of life.


Seabury Resources for Aging is seeking an individual with a Master of Social Work degree in Care Management to support older adults in the Washington, D.C. region. This is a great opportunity that offers the benefits of supervision, training, and membership in an experienced team of professional care managers. Candidates must have strong clinical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, good record keeping, and the ability to set priorities and meet goals. Must have the equipment and ability to maintain electronic records. A personal car is required for home and site visits.


Appropriate licensure and car insurance required. Experience in health care, medical social work, or geriatrics preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish and experience in mental health a plus.
