FY'17 Annual Report


Fiscal year 2017 was another great year for Seabury Resources for Aging and the older adults and family caregivers we serve. This month, Seabury released its FY2017 Annual Report, highlighting the many achievements during the previous year:

  • Seabury Care Management provided 168 hours of free (100% subsidized) hours of assistance and guidance via the Care Management Info-line

  • Seabury Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired offered 2,909 hours of counseling - including Braille instruction, independence skills, and mobility training

  • Seabury Connector provided 58,756 medical trips, 32,540 adult day care trips, 41,560 recreational trips, and 72,512 wellness trips

  • Seabury Age-In-Place® coordinated 2,319 volunteers to provide 7,737 hours of service

  • Seabury Home First Residences, Seabury at Springvale Terrace, and Seabury at Friendship Terrace offer 346 places to call home

  • Seabury Wards 5 and 6 served 114,888 meals at community dining sites
