2016 In Review: Seabury Annual Report

Fiscal year 2016 was a great year for Seabury Resources for Aging and the older adults and family caregivers we serve. This month, Seabury released its FY2016 Annual Report, highlighting the many achievements during the previous year:
Seabury conducted 23,186 hours of case management
Seabury Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired offered 2,713 hours of braille instruction, independence skills, and mobility training
Seabury Connector supplied 220,781 trips for medical transportation and activities
Seabury Age-In-Place® completed 626 intergenerational service projects
Seabury Congregational Resources reached 775 people through outreach at 35 congregational events
Seabury Home First Residences, Seabury at Springvale Terrace, and Seabury at Friendship Terrace provided 346 places to call home
Seabury Wards 5 and 6 served 115,085 meals at community dining sites
