Planning Before the Crisis
What documents do you need in place as you prepare to pass on your property to your children? As your parent's cognitive illness progresses, how do you talk with them about documenting what kind of care they want while their capacity is high?
It is always good to be prepared, and no one is too young to have the conversation about how to document what to do about your care, your finances, and your property. In this session co-led by Seabury Resources for Aging and The Elder Disability Law Center, learn about the documents you need and how to talk about them with the people in your life.
