Dawn Quattlebaum Named CEO

Dawn M. Quattlebaum has been selected as Seabury’s Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Deborah Royster who has taken a federal position. Ms. Quattlebaum has more than 30 years experience in health care, senior services, senior housing, and area agency on aging services. Since joining Seabury in 1989, Ms. Quattlebaum has served as the Administrator of Friendship Terrace Retirement Community, the Program Director of Ward 5 Lead Agency Services, was promoted to the position of Chief Program Officer in 2014, and in October of 2019 she was named Chief Operating Officer. Board President Rasheen Carbin commented on her appointment, "I'm so pleased that Dawn is the next CEO of Seabury Resources for Aging. Over her three decades with the organization, she has consistently demonstrated excellent management skills, willingness to go above and beyond for our residents, and unmatched passion for the mission and programs. I look forward to working closely with her and taking Seabury to the next level."
