Staff Giving
The secret sauce to Seabury is the amazing passion of the people who work here.
We’re working together to help our programs do more. The “Honey Jar Program” allows staff to make a recurring donation that goes directly to programs to use in the way YOU know they’ll be most effective.
Our goal is for everyone to give at least $10/paycheck or $20/month – but every little bit counts. If we can reach our goal, it will mean each month a different program will have $1,500 to spend above and beyond their budget to serve their community.
Right now, we have $500 each month to give to programs.
No red tape. No questions. Just an impactful gift that gives your team members the flexibility to make a difference the best way they know how.

How to participate
Want to support the Honey Jar Fund and directly support your teammates? Start giving in one easy step!
- Contractors – Use the form below to sign up for a special Honey Jar Fund campaign, and give directly to our staff giving fund.
- Employees – Reach out to the Finance Department and ask for the “Honey Jar Giving Form.” This will allow you to make a post-tax donation to Seabury through a payroll deduction, making giving easy and convenient and a charitable tax deduction.
