A Little More About Me
Carla provides community service in nursing homes, Central Mission, Food and Friends. She volunteers with the Young Lives program at Mt. Sinai Baptist Church to support young mothers and their children. Carla helps facilitate an annual Senior Network education session at her church. She is an active member in Howard University School of Social Work Alumni. (HUSSWAA) and is currently serving as Treasurer. Carla is married with three adult children and six grandchildren. I enjoy traveling, cooking, reading, teaching Sunday school, crocheting, and spending time with my family and friends.
