What I like best about Care Management
The gift of getting to know a client at this moment in their life even if something like dementia has changed them. But hearing too, the amazing lives they have led to this point. Then being able to take all of this and help.
A Little More About Me
When I'm not at work I'm running after two little boys who keep me young at heart. Can't wait to share biking and hiking with them!
