Seabury Age-In-Place® Gives Ms. J Hope for the City She Calls Home

Ms. J has lived in her house for over 50 years. She fell in love with DC after her family moved here when she was in fifth grade. She’s become very connected to the area, and shares one of her favorite hobbies, sewing, with her neighbors by making pillows for them. Ms. J also has two children who live nearby. Her son is an elementary school teacher and her daughter is a doctor. Ms. J loves spending time with her children, but she does not want them to be burdened with her care. Seabury Age-In-Place® allows her to stay in her beloved home, close to her children, while maintaining her independence. Ms. J can no longer maintain her home on her own, so she feels liberated by the support of Age-I
