Supportive Living at Pleasant Hill
This home for eight residents offers 24-hour support by a team of caregivers, medical coordination, and programming addressing the holistic needs of each resident.
Caregiving staff provides 24 hour supervision, which includes meal preparation, medication administration, cleaning, and assistance with some activities of daily living. Staff also arranges and/or provides transportation to all medical appoints. Current fees are based on the annual Supplemental Security Income rates for low income residents, and for those with incomes over $1,000 per month, the rate is a percentage of their net income.
