Active Living Every Day will be held at Friendship Terrace beginning May 12. This program, brought to the community through OASIS helps participants work fitness activities into their daily routines. Due to the great interest in participating, there are plans to hold this program again, so please call if you'd like to hear more about that.

July 24 Atlantic City Trip to benefit Ward 5 Aging Services

Alzheimer's Disease Support Group

St. James Potomac
The Alzheimer's Association sponsors a monthly support group at St. James', Potomac (11815 Seven Locks Road) for those caring for someone with Alzheimer's disease or another form of dementia. Meetings take place from 3 to 4:30 p.m. in the Parish Hall on the third Thursday of each month. All support givers are welcome.
