Health discussions are held each month at 11 a.m. at Friendship Terrace Retirement Community. They are led by nurse practitioner Gail Bashore. Registration is not required, just come to the front desk in the lobby and you will be told the location of the program. Directions To Friendship Terrace

Alzheimer's Disease Support Group
St. James Potomac
The Alzheimer's Association sponsors a monthly support group at St. James', Potomac (11815 Seven Locks Road) for those caring for someone with Alzheimer's disease or another form of dementia. Meetings take place from 3 to 4:30 p.m. in the Parish Hall on the third Thursday of
