Seabury Ward 5 Aging Services

As the lead agency in Washington DC's Ward 5 (designated by Washington DC's Office on Aging) Seabury Ward 5 Aging Services plans and delivers direct services to Ward 5 residents aged 60 and older and their caregivers.

Service Area: Arboretum, Bloomingdale, Brentwood, Brookland, Carver Langston, Eckington, Edgewood, Fort Lincoln, Fort Totten (Partly in Ward 4), Gateway, Ivy City, Riggs Park (Partly in Ward 4), Langdon, Michigan Park, North Michigan Park, Pleasant Hill, South Central, Stronghold/Metropolis View, Trinidad, Truxton Circle, and Woodridge.

Services: Lead Agency Services include nutrition sites, case management, transportation access, and social events. In addition we operate a Food Bank (open through appointment) offering non-perishable food items.
